Trivrh Outdoor Hotel
1. Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website, by email, by phone, or through third-party booking platforms.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Trivrh Outdoor Hotel.
By making a reservation, guests confirm that they accept these Booking and Cancellation Policies.
2. Prices
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
The price of the reservation includes only the services explicitly listed in the booking confirmation.
The hotel reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, confirmed reservations will not be affected.
3. Payment Terms
Depending on the booking conditions, the following payment methods may apply:
- payment at the property
- pre-authorization of the credit card
- advance payment
- online payment through the booking system
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before arrival.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 14:00
Check-out: until 10:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of booking.
Free cancellation up to 8 days before arrival
50% charge for cancellations 4–7 days before arrival
100% charge for cancellations 3 days or less before arrival
Specific cancellation conditions will be stated in the booking confirmation.
6. No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the reservation may be cancelled and the applicable no-show fee may be charged.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of repairs or replacements if damage occurs.
8. House Rules
To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests, the following house rules apply at Hotel Trivrh.

Non-Smoking Policy
Hotel Trivrh is a non-smoking property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, corridors, and common areas.
If smoking occurs in a non-smoking room or indoor area, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
Pets
At this time, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Guests are kindly asked not to bring pets to the property. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or cancel a reservation if a guest arrives with a pet without prior approval.
Service animals required by law may be accepted in accordance with applicable regulations.
Quiet Hours
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00.
Guests are kindly requested to keep noise to a minimum during this time.
Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of repair, replacement, or additional cleaning if necessary.
8. Children and Extra Beds
Policies regarding children, extra beds, and baby cots may vary depending on room type and availability.

9. Pets
At this time, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask guests not to bring pets to the property. In case a guest arrives with a pet without prior approval, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or cancel the reservation.

10. Smoking Policy
Trivrh Outdoor Hotel is a non-smoking property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, corridors, and common areas.
Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available.
If smoking occurs in a non-smoking area or guest room, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee to cover the cost of deep cleaning and restoring the room.
11. Force Majeure
Trivrh Outdoor Hotel shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
